offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Box
office is also open from 10 am - 2 pm on the day of
a Saturday or Sunday show.
From
I-75: Follow I-75 to the First Street exit
in downtown Dayton. Head east on First Street (one
way to the east) about four blocks to Main Street.
From
the city: Follow Main Street (Route 48) into
downtown Dayton. We are near the southeast corner
of Main and First streets.
Park at a meter on
First street or in any of the area parking lots (see
Victoria Theatre
directions for specifics). Cityfolk is located one
building south of the Victoria Theatre in the Metropolitan
Arts Center. There is a maroon awning for the Loft
Theatre outside the building. Push the buzzer for
Cityfolk in the entryway. We are at the contentGreen
of the hall on the second floor.

From
I-675: Follow I-675 to the Dayton-Yellow
Springs Road exit (exit 20). Head east on Dayton-Yellow
Springs Road. After approximately six miles, turn
right on Corry Street then veer right at the light
onto Xenia Avenue. Go through town and turn left on
East Center College. Turn right at the dead end then
take the first left. South Hall is at the end of the
street on the right.
From southbound
State Route 68: Follow SR 68 towards Yellow
Springs. Go through town and turn left on East Center
College. Turn right at the dead end then take the
first left. South Hall is at the end of the street
on the right.
From northbound
State Route 68: Follow SR 68 towards Yellow
Springs. Turn right on on East Center College. Turn
right at the dead end then take the first left. South
Hall is at the end of the street on the right.

1 hour before the show at the steps to the auditorium.
Enter through main museum entrance and proceed to
the auditorium. Dinner available before most shows
at the museum's Cafe Monet. Call 937-223-5277 for
details. Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before
the show.
From
I-75 South: Follow I-75 northbound to the
First Street exit. Turn left off the exit and cross
the bridge. Just past the bridge, turn right at light
onto Riverview. Turn left onto Belmonte Park. Turn
right into main parking lot of the Art Institute.
From
I-75 North: Follow I-75 southbound to the
Grand Avenue exit. Go through the light at the base
of the exit then turn left at the second light onto
Forest Avenue. Just past the Art Institute, turn right
onto Belmonte Park North and park in lot on right.
From
the city: Follow Main Street (Route 48) to
Riverview (just north of the river just north of downtown).
Turn west on Riverview, and veer left at the Y. Turn
right just past the museum onto Belmonte Park. Turn
right into museum parking lot.
Parking is free in
the museum parking lot and along the streets near
the museum. The parking lot and street are lighted.

is down one block on your left. Parking is on the

which you enter on the right side of Fifth Street
in the same block.

the city: Follow Main Street (Route 48) to
Fifth Street in downtown Dayton and turn east. Gilly's
is down one block on your left.
Parking is on

Center, a lighted parking garage which you enter off
Fifth Street. An elevator will take you to the first
floor near the Gilly's entrance.

From I-75 southbound:
Follow I-75 south to exit 50B (Springboro Pk). Turn
left at the bottom of the ramp onto Springboro Pike/741.
The next major intersection is Dorothy Lane, where you
turn left. After you cross Dixie Highway, turn left
at the second light onto Hilton Drive. Turn right on
Central Park, which deadends in the pavilion parking
lot.
From I-75 northbound:
Follow I-75 north to exit 47 (South Dixie Highway).
Exit onto South Dixie. Follow that to Dorothy Lane and
turn right. Turn left at the second light onto Hilton
Drive. Turn right on Central Park, which deadends in
the pavilion parking lot.
From the east: Follow
Indian Ripple Road/Dorothy Lane west into Kettering.
Turn right at the first light after the golf course,
onto Hilton Drive. Turn right on Central Park, which
deadends in the pavilion parking lot.
From the city: Take
Patterson Blvd. south. It turns into South Dixie Drive
in Kettering. Turn left at intersection onto Dorothy
Lane. Follow Dorothy Lane east. Turn left at the second
light onto Hilton Drive. Turn right on Central Park,
which deadends in the pavilion parking lot.

Main Street (Route 48) to Stewart Street (south of downtown).
Turn east on Stewart Street; the UD campus is on your
right. Turn into the entryway, follow it around veering
left. At stop sign turn right into Parking Lot B (no
sticker required afterhours). Follow the path between
the buildings at the southeast corner of the parking
lot. Kennedy Union is across the courtyard to your left.
Parking for World Music events is
free on campus in all single letter lots after 7:30
p.m on weekdays, after 4:30 on Friday, and all day on
Saturday and Sunday. Prior to that time, please stop
at the visitors booth via the main entrance at the corner
of Stewart and Brown. The booth is staffed at any time
when a permit might be required. You may be ticketed
if you park in these lots prior to the times listed.
Parking Lot B and pathway to the Student Union are lighted.

C. Moses/Stewart Street exit. Follow Edwin C. Moses
north to Stewart Street and turn right. Cross the river
and drive two long blocks. Turn right onto Brown Street

onto Kiefaber and when it deadends, make a hard left
to the guard shack. Tell the guard why you're there
and s/he will give you a pass and directions on where
to park.
From the north: Follow

meter. Meters do not need to be fed after 6 p.m. or
on weekends. The average parking lot price is $3.00.
The closest parking lots going east on First Street
are 1) on the south side of First Street just past the
Ludlow Street intersection; 2) the northwest corner
of Main and First; 3) the north side of First Street
just past the Main Street intersection; and 4) around
the corner (east on First, north on Jefferson) on the
left side of Jefferson. 5) There is also a lot across
from the Victoria on the west side of Main Street. Streets
are lighted. Some parking lots are too.
