Enjoy a weekend of Irish music in July at the Dayton Celtic Festival.
The Cincinnati Celtic World Festival happens each September.
The Columbus Folk Music Society presents the Central Ohio Folk Festival the first weekend of May every year.
The Wheatland Music Organization holds a festival on the weekend after Labor Day every year.
Head to Detroit in June for the Detroit Festival of the Arts.
Each June, enjoy Latin rhythms at the Festival Latino in Columbus, Ohio.
The Dublin Irish Festival is held the first weekend in July in Dublin, Ohio.
The Lotus World Music Festival is held every September in Bloomington, Indiana.

Each July, Festival Memoire et Racines in Lanaudiere, Quebec, explores French-Canadian music with some world music thrown in. Be prepared--it's all in French!

Early July is the time to hear live Jazz at the Montreal Jazz Festival.
