How
do I access my account?
Click on ‘Account Login' on the dark bar on the
left of this page. This brings you the login screen,
where you are asked to enter your email address and
password. Once you enter this information, you can see
and modify your contact information, verify the tickets
you have purchased since mid-April 2006, and print Print
At Home tickets.
I've
bought tickets to Cityfolk events in the past, but I
don't have an account in your database. Why not?
Cityfolk elected to pre-load only 2005-2006 Celtic Series
Subscribers, because this system uses a patron's email
address to access all their information. We do not have
an email address for all ticket buyers, so we are asking
you to take a moment to enter your data, rather than
create duplicate records in the system. You will only
have to enter this information once.
Do
you store my credit card information?
No, for your security, we do not store your credit card
information.
Is
my credit card information secure?
Yes. All online Cityfolk ticket purchases go through
a secure server. You can verify this by looking at the
"https" that starts the web address in your browser
window while you're making a purchase, and look for
the security icons used by your browser. Tix.com uses
state-of-the-art 128 bit SSL encryption technology to
insure your information is always safe and secure.
What is an
E-ticket?
An E-ticket is one which you print
out at home on your own printer. You can print the ticket
out at the time of purchase, or log back in to your
account right before the show, and print it then. Each
E-ticket is valid for one seat only, and has a
unique identification number printed on it. Both color
and black-only tickets are valid.

What
methods of payment do you accept?
Cityfolk accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and Discover cards. We also accept cash and checks --
payable to Cityfolk -- for orders placed in person and
by mail.
Why
are there Ticketing Fees?
Cityfolk switched to an online ticketing system, Tix.Com,
for your convenience: now you can purchase tickets to
all of our events, all from one source, 24/7/365. We
have instituted new fees for all ticket orders to help
us cover the costs associated with this system, credit
card processing, box office staff, postage, and other
ticketing-related costs. These fees are lower than some
fees our patrons have been paying for our tickets and
higher than others. We pledge to keep them as low as
possible.
Service Fee: $1
per ticket
Order Processing Fee: $3
per order for mail delivery and $2 per order for all
other methods of delivery. The Order Processing Fee
is waived for tickets purchased at the door on the
night of the event.
Can
I pay for my tickets in installments?
Yes, if you place your order through the Cityfolk Box
Office, you can pay in installments. Cityfolk reserves
the right to require payment in full as much as one
month prior to the event. If this happens, all patrons
with partially paid reservations will be contacted.
Tickets will not be mailed until they have been paid
in full.

discounts are available?

may use one discount per ticket. Senior and student
